Feild Trip Driver volunteer opportunities

St. Benedict is always in need of field trip drivers. Please download Field Trip Driver form and Volunteer Background Check form, to become eligible as a driver.

• If you have Adobe Reader 7.05 or later (get it free by clicking here) you can fill out the form on your computer and automatically email your information by clicking a button in the form.

Alternatively, if you prefer or have earlier versions of Adobe Reader, you can:

• Fill out the form on your computer, print a copy, and send it to the School office.
• Simply print the blank form, fill it out by hand, and send it to the School office.

(NOTE: Acrobat Reader does NOT allow you to save PDF files that you have changed, including filled-out forms. If you fill out the form on your computer, you must either submit it by email or print it using the buttons provided.

The Policy for the Prevention of and Response to Sexual Abuse, Sexual Misconduct and Sexual Harassment applies to all Church personnel while ministering and working in parishes, schools, chancery offices and agencies of the Corporation of the Catholic Archbishop of Seattle.
