High Quality Academics

Beyond the CORE curriculum of English Language Arts, Math, Social Studies, Science, and Religion, we also offer Spanish, Art, Music, P.E., Technology, and Library for our students.

Values Based Education

Students are taught more than just academics. Leadership, kindness, confidence, and respect are also a big part of what our students leave with. Small class size also allows teachers to identify and address the academic social and emotional needs of each student.

Professional Staff

Our teachers and staff are dedicated to life-long learning. The experienced team of teachers and aides are just as skilled at supporting struggling students as they are in developing more advanced learners. Our staff is accessible and wants to partner with parents to support their children.

Learning Specialists

Several teachers are dedicated to helping support all learners.  At St. Benedict Catholic School we want to assist those who excel and those who need additional support.  St. Benedict employs a Learning Specialist, a Math Specialist, and a Reading Specialist to serve the unique needs of our students.

Student Leadership

Families need care for their children beyond the school day. We offer affordable and flexible after-school care for all our students from Preschool – Middle School.  Here students can extend their day in a structured and caring environment. These services are open to all students, there are no waiting lists.

Enrichment

We offer something for everyone! Our activities include Band, Chess, Knitting, Running, Choir, Yoga, Pokémon, Robotics, and Middle School Electives. Off campus activities include CYO Sports, Ski Bus, and Parents’ Club events

Tradition of Excellence 

As one of the oldest schools in the state, St. Benedict Catholic School has provided an exceptional Catholic education to many generations of students from the Wallingford and Greenlake communities.  Since its founding in 1908 St. Benedict Catholic School, has produced thousands of exceptional graduates who have served our community.

After school Care and Summer Programs 

Families need care for their children beyond the school day. We offer affordable and flexible after-school care through our Kids Club (Preschool and Pre-K) and before and after school Extended Day (K-8) in a structured and caring environment. Currently, there is no waiting list.

Affordable tuition

We know that the cost of Catholic Education can seem intimidating.  St. Benedict Catholic School works deliberately to keep its tuition costs low to make sure it is as affordable as possible.  Even though our cost is lower than most local private and parochial schools, we still offer generous financial aid packages.
